Product Description
The TD-1000 plastic bag lifting fatigue testing machine can be used to test the strength and durability of various plastic bags, including shopping bags and garbage bags. This machine offers a variety of test modes, such as the number of tests, test duration, and bag weight. During the test process, the instrument can automatically detect the breakage of the specimen, determine the end of the test, and shut down automatically. The test results are printed using the built-in micro-printer.

Principle
Fill three-quarters of the bag with a particle mixture equivalent to twice the nominal internal mass, and then hang it on a fatigue testing machine. Set the number of lifts or the duration for lifting the bag for fatigue testing. Test the sample through vibration fatigue testing, and observe if there is any damage to the lifting bag after completion.
