SCK-Y bottle ramp pressure tester is suitable for all kinds of beer bottles, wine bottles, beverage bottles, infusion bottles, xylin bottles and other types of glass bottles internal pressure test, the product is based on GB/T 4546-2008 (glass containers internal pressure test method) standard experimental items, fully automatic display of the entire experimental process of the pressure change to meet the requirements of the different capacities of glass holding pressure test and burst pressure test. SCK-Y glass bottle internal pressure tester is a necessary testing instrument for breweries, glass bottle manufacturers, quality inspection organizations and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Principle
The pressure generated by the hydraulic pump driven by the servo motor is transmitted through the pipeline to the pressure sensor and the glass bottle tested in an equivalent manner . The equipment's controller collects the signal of pressure from the sensor in real-time and controls the servo motor according to the signal value. Drive the hydraulic pump to linearly increase the pressure in the system according to the requirements until it reaches the preset value. The deadline of ramp pressure will be known and users can check if the bottle would rupture at a preset pressure value.
