VP-1000 PET Bottle Vertical Pressure Tester is used to test the top compression strength, top compression deformation, flat and side compression strength of PET bottles or metal cans, and the test results can be used as an important basis for controlling and improving product quality. The instrument conforms to many domestic and international testing standards, and the optimized design of the instrument makes the operation and maintenance easier.

Principle
The PET bottle is fixed by two clamps which move to each other relatively. The force sensor which is built in the movable clamp and the displacement sensor record the change of force and displacement during the experiment, so as to calculate the vertical loading value.
