Principle

The condom will be set on the blowing rod, the requirements of the set over the position of the expansion sleeve, holding the expansion clamp to the height of the expansion sleeve, the beginning of the test, the instrument is first inflatable to the expansion sleeve, the condom will be fixed in the expansion sleeve and the clamp between the software to do a slight delay, began to inflate the condom, condom expansion and bursting, the screen displays the bursting pressure and bursting volume of the amount of inflatable volume, bursting volume expressed in cubic decimeters, rounding to 1 dm3; burst pressure expressed in kilopascals, rounding to 0.01 kPa; through the adjusting knob can adjust the inflation rate, the bursting volume and pressure are recorded to terminate the test. The burst volume is expressed in cubic decimeters, rounded to 1dm3; the burst pressure is expressed in kilopascals, rounded to 0.01 kPa. The inflation rate can be adjusted by adjusting the knob, and the test can be terminated manually if there is a leakage of air during the inflation process, and the burst volume and pressure will be recorded as zero, and if there is no leakage of air from the condom, the burst volume and pressure will be measured and recorded.
